左步雷,苏州大学外国语学院副教授,江苏省外国语言学会会员。1993年毕业于南京大学国际商学院,获得经济学学士学位;2005年毕业于东北师范大学外国语学院,获得英语学科教育学硕士学位。自2007年以来,主持并承担省级和教育部职业院校外语类专业教指委课题6项;主编高等职业院校英语教材2部;在国内外学术期刊上发表论文30余篇。
内容简介:
本书从教育要素的“五要素说”为出发点,阐明外语教学五要素的建构意义。接着以阴阳五行为基础,提出教师、教法、教材、学生和学法五大要素与阴阳五行有属性上的类比性、机制上的趋同性、功能上的对等性和动因上的一致性关系。由此建立外语教学的动态平衡系统和动态教学实践范式,让教师和学生有了明确的把手和契入点,这对解决我国的基础外语教学的“费时低效”和“思辨缺席”问题,提供新的视角。本书还将说明,教学中的五要素间都有类似相生相克、相乘相侮的的关系,比如“教师与学生”、“教法与学法”、“教师与教材”和“学生与教材”等等教学要素之间的关系不仅是单向的,而且是双向的。书中还提出若干教学策略和基于五行要素的课堂管理方案。
