SOC优化耗时太长:
1) 或可在正常优化得到结构的基础上,加入SOC做一次自洽,以此次自洽得到的能量为加SOC优化后的能量值;【误差可在一百至几百meV左右】
2) 或可在考虑铁磁/反铁磁优化得到结构的基础上,加入SOC做一次自洽,以此次自洽得到的能量为加SOC优化后的能量值;
3) 考虑SOC时,自旋默认为1。-- ISPIN = 1
问题:
不同参数下优化,晶格常数变化较大
(1)加自旋轨道耦合(SOC)-(铁磁)优化
Pnma结构:a=7.5965,b=4.9924,c=3.8962
(2)加-(铁磁)优化
Pnma结构:a=6.9756,b=4.5444,c=3.5738
(3)正常优化
Pnma结构:a=6.9723,b=4.5421,c=3.5716
