宗泽（1060一1128），字汝霖，婺州义乌人，为北宋抗金英雄。同时，宗泽也是南宋著名抗金英雄岳飞的恩师。

宗泽墓在镇江东郊京岘山北麓。此墓为宋墓，周长28.8米，坟直径3.5米、高2米。墓前竖白云墓碑，高1.9米，上刻“宋宗忠简公讳泽之墓”，墓道长90米、宽2.5米，两旁密集绿树，庄重肃穆。八百多年来，宗泽墓经历代多次修缮，大体保持原貌。宗泽葬于镇江京岘山后，岳飞为怀念恩师宗泽的知遇之隆，于茔旁花山湾云台寺创设“宗忠简公功德院”，即当今所称的纪念堂，以祠祀宗泽。
