科研感悟和2023年小结

科研工作者论文是主要工作,包括培养学生的最好体现也是论文,学生有了论文找工作和发展才有基础。

为人处事,我还是喜欢首先把事情做好。只有把事情做好了才是一切都好。所以科研和教育工作者,首先得发表论文,做好科研成绩。

做好科研成绩有不同的追求,我之前一直在做,对质量要求不高,后来听到大家意见,我的任务更加是质量,我也是同意的,竟然有能力做好质量就做好质量。

关于学生培养,今年来还是有不少体会,细节很重要,要去了解学生需求,需要站在学生角度去思考问题,然后才能提高他们的效率。不过也希望学生多从老师角度思考问题,多做,多提高效率。

又快到年底了,今年已经在线了如下文章。今年难得不错的发表了一篇NG,从2020到现在奋斗了四年终于算有所突破。发表高质量论文确实很难。
