有点烦了，关不了机子，不管是在命令行里敲 sudo shutdown -h now还是菜单关机都不行。google了一下有下面的几种解决方案：

1 拔电源和电池，过一段时间就好了。

2 I am running Ubuntu 12.10 on an HP Envy M6 (amd version) and I had the same problem. I used this command: sudo apt-get install laptop-mode-tools and it worked for me.

3 I had the same problem. It went away when I deleted ~/.Xauthority.

4  Try to re-install upstart. I had that problem before and when I re-installed upstart it went better.

sudo apt-get install upstart --reinstall
