题目:SPG20, a novel biomarker for early detection of colorectal cancer, encodes a regulator of cytokinesis

主要是发现了早期结肠癌的一个生物标记分子,可以帮助我们对于早期的结肠癌进行诊断,得到有效的治疗,以免以后恶化。

1Identification of SPG20 as a biomarker for colorectal cancer

用了芯片筛选到方法,在正常和腺瘤及癌症的细胞中找出甲基化差异额基因启动子,发现了SPG20有差异,还用了数量特异的甲基化PCR检测。
