Genome research is very popular because  the cost of highthrough-put genome sequencing became very low.After Genome De novo  assemble, we can just obtain many scaffolds. It is difficult for us to study with so many scaffolds, and how assemble these scaffolds into chromosomes become the high challenge.Of course, genetic map is the best method of scaffolding. RAD-seq maybe a powerful tool in genetic mapping. So RAD-Seq can be very useful in genome scaffolding.
