这里的驯化是这个词Domestication,水稻中已经克隆了多个和此相关的基因,此帖来汇总这些基因.总体感觉能和这个词沾边的基因研究,发表文章的水平都比较高.现在进行基因克隆好象也有个趋势:克隆了一个基因后(基因克隆一般情况实际只研究了两个等位基因),发掘更多的等位基因,从进化角度进一步阐明基因功能.现在关联作图在植物中应用特别受到关注,这个趋势应该会更加明显.
