基于高通量测序的基因功能研究方法

       高通量测序当然是革命性的技术,而且成本在不断降低,总有一天能降到能够接受的程度,所以我非常关注高通量测序方法的应用,目前的先驱性研究可能会成为今后的主流技术手段。
