2021年12月31日上午,云南省科技创新暨科学技术奖励大会在昆明海埂会堂举行。会上宣布了《云南省人民政府关于2020年度科学技术奖励的决定》并为部分获奖代表颁发了证书。云南师范大学获奖代表杨培志等出席颁奖大会。
在本次奖励大会上,云南师范大学获得2项奖励,其中“高效介观染料敏化太阳电池关键材料和器件的构建与性能调控”(主要完成人:杨培志、唐群委、李学铭、段加龙、杨雯、贺本林)获云南省自然科学奖一等奖,,该项目在国家战略性新兴产业的新能源、新材料领域,针对介观染料太阳电池光吸收率低、电解质泄露、对电极溶解以及在阴雨天等弱光环境发电量不足等关键科学问题,开展了碳量子点光敏剂、多功能导电凝胶电解质、合金对电极和混合能量采集等方面的系统研究,取得了一系列创新性成果。

杨培志,男,1966年5月生,云南大理人,博士,研究员,博士生导师。
1987年毕业于云南师范大学化学系,获学士学位;
1992年毕业于中国科技大学材料科学与工程系,获硕士学位;
1999年在中科院上海光学精密机械研究所获博士学位,师从于邓佩珍教授和干福熹院士;
1999年8月~2001年11月在中科院上海硅酸盐研究所做博士后,合作导师为殷之文院士;
2001年11月~2003年2月在欧洲核子研究中心(CERN)做访问学者;
2003年3月~2004年12月在中科院上海硅酸盐研究所从事新型光电功能材料研究,
2004年12月至今 云南师范大学能源与环境科学学院教授,博士生导师
