摘要：Advance-Retreat Course (ARC) is a theory that explains how socio-economic growth takes place. The main viewpoint of ARC is that economy or society will progress by human initiative actions or retreat by some environmental pressures. The human and the environment, as the participants in ARC, are different from the participants in general game theory. Based on the conclusions on economic ARC (F. Dai, et al., 2007, 2008 and 2009), this paper analyzes the impact of interest rate and endogenous investment on long-term economic growth, establishes the general and applied models of economic ARC chained and gives the solutions of them, and provides analytical way to the endogenous investment strategies based on the applied model of economic ARC chained. Finally, the empirical analysis, which effectively supports all the analysis results, and some of basic policies for U.S. long-term economic growth are given in this paper.
