一、论坛介绍  

南方科技大学生物医学工程系国际青年学者云论坛是我系延揽优秀人才的重要会议,旨在为海内外学者提供一个思想碰撞和学术交流,推进学科交叉与学术创新,共商世界一流大学和学科建设大局的平台。通过大力引进世界一流人才,力争将南科大建成中国世界独具特色的高水平研究型大学。

六、引进条件及人才待遇  

(一)领军人才(讲席教授/教授)  

1.引进条件  

国家级人才项目候选人或海外知名高校或科研机构终身教授、副教授或取得国际公认的重大成就领军人才。 

2.支持措施  

科研经费 :一事一议 

团队支撑 :学校稳定持续每年提供不限额博士后招收名额。引进人才可自行招收研究序列教授,所属研究序列教授可参与竞争学校科研启动经费申请。  

3.薪酬待遇  

(1)薪酬待遇:提供具有全球竞争力的薪酬;  

(2)社保等福利待遇:学校按照深圳市最高标准购买五险一金,并提供商业补充医疗保险和高端商业医疗保险(覆盖大中华地区医疗保障);  

(3)个人补贴:根据国家、省、市人才计划相关政策,学校将协助申请相应人才项目,如成功入选可按规定享有项目资助/补贴。  

4.生活待遇  

住房与补贴:视校内房源情况,提供教师公寓或相应住房补贴;  

生活配套:学校可协助办理人才及配偶、子女深圳户口或大陆居留许可,协助解决子女入学和配偶就业。  

(二)优秀青年人才(副教授/助理教授) 

1.引进条件  

年龄不超过40周岁,海外取得博士学位或国内取得博士学位后具有连续36个月以上的海外科研工作经历,在海外知名高校、科研机构等有正式教学或科研职位。  

2.支持措施  

科研经费:政府和学校在5年内可提供至少400万元(含政府经费资助)。特殊情况可采取一事一议的方式。  

团队支撑:学校稳定持续提供不限额博士后招收名额。引进人才可自行招收研究序列教授,所属研究序列教授可参与竞争学校科研启动经费申请。  

3.薪酬  

(1)薪酬收入:具有全球竞争力的薪酬;

Introduction  

The SUSTech Global Biomedical Engineering Young Scientist Online Forum is an important conference for outstanding talent recruitment. It aims to provide a platform for academic exchange among scholars at home and abroad, to promote interdisciplinary and academic innovation, and discuss approaches for the development of world-class universities and disciplines. Through the recruitment of world-class talents, we plan to build SUSTech into a high-level research university with unique characteristics.

Qualifications and Benefits  

Outstanding Faculty (Chair Professor / Professor)  

1.Requirements  

Candidate of national-level talent programs,tenured professor or associate professor of overseas well-known universities or research institutions, leading talent with internationally recognized achievements.  

2.Support Policies  

Research funds:will be discuss case by case.  

Group support: Unlimited numbers of post-doctoral fellows in support. Self-determination of hiring research assistant professors (RAPs) with competitive research funding support for RAPs.  

3.Remuneration  

Salary: Globally competitive salary;  

Insurances: Shenzhen’s highest level of retirement insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance, maternity insurance and housing provident funds. Special high-level health insurance is negotiable.  

Subsidies: The university will assist in applying for the corresponding talent programs according to the national, provincial and municipal talent policies. Successful personnel will receive the relevant program funding / reward. 

4.Benefits  

Housing and subsidies: Temporary on-campus apartments provided or subsidies to support off-campus rental housing.  

Other benefits: Permanent residence or resident visa service for scholars and family (spouse and children); Service of children’s education in SUSTech affiliated preschool, primary school and middle school; Spouse’s employment service.

Doctoral degree obtained from internationally renowned universities and institutes; or Ph.D. degrees from Chinese universities and more than 36 months of overseas work experience, with a formal teaching or research position in famous overseas universities and research institutes.

Research funds: At least CNY 400 million in research start-up funding is provided by the government and the university within 5 years. Or will be discuss case by case.

南方科技大学生物医学工程系(以下简称“生医工系”)成立于2016年6月,现任系主任为蒋兴宇讲席教授(哈佛博士、国家杰出青年)。系核心教师共计40名,其中3名讲席教授,2名教授。多名教师获得“国家杰出青年基金”、“国家自然科学优秀青年基金”等项目和奖励。研究方向包括力学应用医学、可穿戴设备及无线健康监控、原位再生工程、多尺度和多模式生物医学影像、大数据和健康信息学的计算医学、生物医学微机电系统与纳米医学。

The Department of Biomedical Engineering (BME) was established in June 2016. The current Head of the Department is Chair Professor Xingyu JIANG (Ph.D. Harvard University, National Outstanding Youth Fund).The Department currently has 40faculty members, including three chair professors, two professor. Many of them have been awarded “National Distinguished Youth Fund”, “Outstanding Young Scholars of National Science Foundation of China” and“National Distinguished Experts”of The Recruitment Program for Innovative Talents. Research areas include mechanomedicine, multiscale/multimodal biomedical imaging, wearable devices and wireless monitoring, biomedical MEMS, de novo regenerative engineering, computational medicine for big data and health informatics.
