虚实交织的群体性事件

——对2009年网络事件的分析和讨论

摘要：网络事件发生模式与现实社会中的群体事件同中有异，然而，近年来网络事件逐渐显示网络事件与群体事件交织互动的复杂关系。本文以2009年网络事件为研究样本，对虚拟世界与虚实生活相互影响的网络事件进行聚类分析。网络事件的存在似乎是转型社会无法避免的现象，它对政府治理提出了新的挑战，同时也促进了公民社会的发育、成长，推动于公共行政的不断完善。

Abstract: The occurrence of internet event is quite contrary with mass disturbance that occur in reality society. However, the recent internet events have shown its complicated relationship & interaction with mass disturbance. Through the research of internet events on 2009, this paper will discuss the effects of internet event that cause the mutual influence on reality and virtual society. Internet event was a phenomenon that cannot be avoid in the period of social transition. It become a new challenge of governance to government, meanwhile, it had stimulate the progress of civil society and improve the public administration
