GENERAL INFORMATION
With so many great things to see and do, Hersheypark is a popular weekend attraction. Saturday's tend to draw larger crowds, so if your schedule is flexible, we suggest that you visit Sundays through Thursdays.
To get the most out of your day, a little planning is recommended. Ride the coasters and water rides first. The lines for these popular rides are much shorter at the beginning of the day. (Except for the Comet - wait until mid-day to get on faster.)
Begin your visit to the Park in Midway America or in the Kissing Tower area . Lines for the popular rides in this area of the Park are also shorter in the morning.
Plan on getting wet! We have several drenching water rides. If you'd rather not walk around in wet clothing, be sure to pack a spare T-shirt and shorts. Changing rooms and lockers are available.
When you arrive at the Park, we suggest you choose a designated meeting location in the event someone is separated from your party. Pick a common location in the Park that can be easily found by everyone in your party. Or ask the nearest Security Guard for assistance
RESTRICTED ITEMS
Picnic lunches and food items are not permitted inside the Park. Picnic areas
are available outside the park. Guests with special dietary needs please go here for helpful
information. For guests with food allergies, we have identified food allergens
at all locations. Sealed water bottles will be permitted (one per person).
Radios and/or sound emitting, electronic devices, skate shoes (Heely’s) are not
permitted. In addition, weapons of any type and laser light pointers are never
permitted in the Park. Locker storage is available at the picnic areas. Skate
shoes are not permitted.
For your safety, ALL hand-carried items, including backpacks and belt bags, are subject to search. Metal detection equipment may be used. Guests are encouraged to keep nonessential items in their vehicles. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
CLEAN AIR COMMITMENT
At Hersheypark we strive
to accommodate both smokers and non-smokers. As part of our Clean Air
Commitment to our guests,
smoking is restricted to designated areas only. These areas are conveniently located
throughout the park. The Boardwalk at Hersheypark and ZooAmerica
are completely smoke-free. This guideline is meant to preserve the safety and health of all our
guests. Your cooperation is appreciated.
FIRST AID
First Aid Stations are located in the Family Health &
Services Center
in Pioneer Frontier area next to Play Dome Arcade and the Water Play area. A
registered nurse is on duty at all times. If immediate first aid is needed, ask
any Park employee for assistance. A special area is available for nursing
mothers. A unisex restroom is available in Midway America.
PIN TRADING
Now you can start your very own Hersheypark pin collection! Purchase a starter kit, with an
exclusive "my first Hersheypark pin", and then get out there and start trading!

be the meeting place if your group becomes separated. But if you do become
separated, please contact the nearest Security Officer for assistance.
