Hello Liang Liang, this is Rong's younger daughter Ying, it is with great sadness that I inform you of my fathers passing this morning at 3:33am. He was admitted into hospital with a large haemorrhagic stroke on Friday and fell into a coma. We will be holding the funeral this coming Saturday 11/1/2014 at GOE vangelical Church 642-644 Elgar road box hill north Victoria 3129 with the service starting at 10am. We will be setting up a website for condolences shortly, should you wish to write something you can also email it to yingandwei@gmail.com. If you know of anyone who also knows my father, please pass the sad news on.

 

上面是我今天上午收到郑融先生（http://blog.sciencenet.cn/home.php?mod=space&uid=38063）的女儿发过来的短信，让我陷入了悲伤之中，泪水无法在眼角停留。。。

初次与先生见面是2009年的6月在墨尔本，从那之后，我们一直保持着紧密的交流，并约好在2014年的某一天，我们再见面。。。他也期待某一年某一天重返中国，看看他曾经生活过的鼓浪屿。

与先生交往的过程中，能够体会到他的真诚、友爱、温和、包容、幽默、智慧。得知先生发生中风，我与他通了电话，他用视频向我展示自己恢复的有多么的好，并说2014年那一天一定会再开车去机场接我。

这个周末，与湘君相约西泠印社，看到一幅篆字对联，我们都无法辨认，都说融君一定认识，我通过微信发给了他没有得到回复，恰巧国文问我最近和先生联系了没有，我今天上午就发个手机短信，却得到了上面的回复。

我真的很难接受这样的消息，也只能祝福先生一路走好，我会很想念您的，我们都会想念您的。。。
