英国访问学者答疑（3）—签证材料模板篇

1.       下面说说照会如何办理

照会需要提供如下材料：

1、本人有效护照

2、留学人员基本情况表和机票定单，(请务必注册并登陆“留学服务系统”填写并打印)

3、留学资格证书复印件2份

4、邀请信复印件1份

  这些材料扫描成电子版，在“留学服务系统”中提交即可！所以你先要登录“留学服务系统”。具体说明见http://jxb.shisu.edu.cn/article/9.shtml。这是上海留服系统。

2.       关于银行流水

银行是免费给打印最多6个月的银行卡支出收入记录的。一定要选你工资卡的那张银行卡。有些银行可以打印英文的流水，但是有些不行。如果不能打印出英文的流水，可以自己做一个翻译。翻译时有个技巧：

       (1).        你先到银行打印出6个月的流水，盖章，记住要上两份，以防万一！

       (2).        在银行网站上自己可以进入后查询6个月的记录，然后下载下来。然后对照银行提供的流水，把电子版的编辑修改成和银行提供的一样排版形式。然后把表头翻译一下就可以了，数据就不需要自己抄写了。

4.       户口本翻译模板

ANNOUNCEMENTS  

1.      Household register has a legalforce to identify the status of a citizen and the relationship of familymembers. It is the main basis for the household registration office to makeresidence and check. When the household registration office makes residenceinvestigation and check, the householder or anyone of the family members shallbring forth on his /her own initiative the Household Register.

2.      The Household Register shall beunder proper keep of the householder. No alter, transfer and lease is allowed.The loss of the Household Register must be reported to the householdregistration office promptly.

3.      Only the household registrationoffice has the power to make registration on the House register. No any otherunits and individuals are allowed t make records on it.

4.      Any increase or decrease offamily members in household or any alteration of the registration shall beregistered on Household Register by reporting to the household registrationoffice.

5.      If the whole family has movedout of the jurisdictional area of the residence, the Household Register shallbe submitted to the household registration office for cancellation.
