CRISPR基因编辑技术应用又有新拓展
Since its development, CRISPR technology has been applied a range of scientific inquiries, spanning from the genomic editing of Florida orange crops to Zebrafish. In work recently published in PLOS Pathogens, Robert Jan Lebbink (University Medical Center Utrecht, the Netherlands) and colleagues demonstrated that CRISPR can be used to limit viral replication in multiple strains of herpesviruses, in some cases even eliminating the infection altogether.
