王元化先生的《清园近作集》，里边有《与德里达对话访谈录》。说2001年德里达访问了中国。在上海的时候,他和王元化先生举行了一场对谈。德里达说“中国没有哲学，只有思想”。德里达对哲学的理解是指“起源于古希腊的西方哲学的主要内容就是他所谓的逻各斯中心主义”。

    王元化认为先秦时代有大批名辨学者，如邓析子、公孙龙、惠施等，尤以《墨辨》为最。佛教传入中土，因明学大昌云云。
