薏苡仁(Coix seed,CS)来自一种多年生多年生热带植物,被称为Job’s tears(学名Coix lacryma-jobi)。在亚洲国家被广泛用作食品原料和中草药,具有降血脂和、血糖、抗氧化剂和抗炎特性。有研究表明,薏苡仁可能通过调节肠道微生物群的组成来用于减肥和预防肥胖相关的代谢紊乱。
