常见食品添加剂影响肠道微生物群
食品添加剂E171(二氧化钛纳米颗粒)在食品和一些药物中作为增白剂被大量使用。在超过900种食品中,如口香糖和蛋黄酱中,E171每天被普通人消耗的比例很高。
悉尼大学的研究提供了新的证据,证明纳米颗粒存在于许多食品中,可能对人体健康产生重大和有害的影响。这项发表在《营养学前沿》杂志上的小鼠研究发现,食用含有E171的食物会影响肠道微生物群(由肠道内数万亿细菌定义),从而引发炎症性肠病和结直肠癌等疾病。
