近日一个新闻《美女大学生答辩时不满女教授质疑穿着当场脱衣抗议》说美国康奈尔大学一名大四学生在论文答辩时因教授质疑其穿着而将其外衣脱掉，只剩下内衣裤，以此抗议教授的言论。

说实话，这要放在咱国内，都不算个事儿。

教授也不过说了一句很普通的话而已，主要是当着全班的面说激怒了这个学生。据这个学生在脸谱网上说：“The professor proceeded to tell me, in front of my whole class, that I was inviting the male gaze away from the content of my presentation and onto my body”，意思是教授当众批评她着装（短裤太短）会将男性同学的注意力引到我身体上，而不是论文PPT上。

学生抗议的理由是：“I am not responsible for anyone’s attention because we are capable of thinking for ourselves and we have agency” 意思是，别人注意不注意我不管，每个人都有自己的想法。

不管美国人，咱中国人还是要注意场合。研究生答辩与求职一样，注意穿衣要尽可能正式一点、得体一点，太随便总会给人感觉不尊重场合。
