Obesity has been shown to be associated with an increased risk of incident knee osteoarthritis in several studies [ 1,2,3,4].
多项研究表明，肥胖和发生膝关节骨性关节炎的风险增加具有相关性。
故建议：减轻体重，减轻对膝关节的负荷，防治膝关节骨性关节炎，减轻疼痛。
