膝关节周围滑囊及其核磁共振MRI影像学表现

滑囊是一种充满液体的囊性组织结构。滑囊多位于皮肤和肌腱之间或肌腱和骨骼之间。滑囊主要的功能是减少附近相邻可运动性结构之间的摩擦。膝关节周围的滑囊可分为髌骨周围滑囊和其它位置的滑囊。

Abstract
A bursa is a fluid-filled structure that is present between the skin and tendon or tendon and bone. The main function of a bursais to reduce friction between adjacent moving structures. Bursae around the knee can be classified as those around the patella and those that occur elsewhere. In this pictorial essay we describe the most commonly encountered lesions and their MRI appearance.
