- March 31st, 2012: Submission for Scientists/Industrials/Students from countries requiring a VISA (Strongly suggested!)
- May 15th, 2012: General Abstracts Submission - Strict Deadline!
- June 30th, 2012: Deadline for Registration at Earlybird Rate
