赵星：2008年SCI影响因子(excel版下载)(6月20日凌晨公布）

  据Thomson Reuters网站消息，2008年度《期刊引证报告》(Journal Citation Reports®)将于本周五(6月19日)发布。

  新版JCR中增加的内容有：新增350余种期刊的影响因子, 5年期影响因子和特征计量指标(Eigenfactor™ Metrics).

  新版JCR收录了8000余种高被引的同行评议期刊（其中自然科学类期刊6500余种，社会科学类期刊约2000种）。这些期刊来源于60个国家和地区的3300个出版机构，可划分为227个学科领域。

Each year we get a number of phone calls and emails asking when we’ll release this year’s edition of Journal Citation Reports. We're happy to announce the 2008 Journal Citation Reports® will be released this Friday, June 19th. There are a number of exciting new elements in this latest release of Journal Citation Reports, our comprehensive tool for systematically evaluating the world's leading journals.

 In addition to adding over 400 new titles in the Science and Social Sciences Editions, the latest release will deliver:

l         350+ titles with their first ever Journal Impact Factor

l         First ever update to new metrics: Five Year Impact Factors and Eigenfactor™ Metrics (available only in JCR® Web)

l         More than 8,000 of the world’s most highly cited, peer-reviewed journals
    o Over 6,500 in the Science edition, and
    o Almost 2,000 in the Social Sciences edition

l         The largest time-trend analyses ever available

 

Journal Citation Reports includes journals from 3,300 publishers in approximately 227 disciplines, from 60 countries. Here are some other interesting facts:

 l         Articles in JCR-covered titles were cited 30,991,827 times in the year 2008

l         These journals published 1,009,837 scholarly items and 475,398 editorial, correspondence, news and other items.

l         Our editorial team analyzed 44,025,768 cited references from journals and proceedings for this latest release.
