I have recently received many times so called "Account alert" from "Hotmail Office" requesting my personal information, such as my hotmail address and password number, my birthday etc. for some kind of confirmation to avoid congestion etc. I did not reply due to suspicion. Yesterday I have got 5 repeated similar requests and threatened to close my hotmail account within 24 h if I don't reply. I though it was a real signal sent from Hotmail office and made a reply (with only a slight change on my birthday time to avoid possible Hacker). This morning I found my password lost function. What a pity! How could this happen!           

    I receive/send about 20 letters every day via Hotmail! I love hotmail system! It is very important in our life now!
