近日收到邮件，本课题组的最新论文、河北大学张洪振博士（本人在中国农业大学指导的博士研究生）、天津大学张中祥教授和本人合作的“ Can transverse eco-compensation mechanism correct resource misallocation in watershed environmental governance? A cost-benefit analysis of the pilot project of Xin'an River in China.”被环境经济学领域顶级期刊之一Environmental and Resource Economics接受，即将发表。

论文接收函如下：

Dear Professor Zhang,

We have received the reports from our advisors on your manuscript, "Can transverse eco-compensation mechanism correct resource misallocation in watershed environmental governance? A cost-benefit analysis of the pilot project of Xin'an River in China", submitted to Environmental and Resource Economics.This time I didn't send your revised manuscript back to the first reviewer. Instead, I read your revision and also your response letter by myself. I feel you have addressed the last major comment raised by that reviewer. However, I do suggest that you should change the phrase "correct externalities" to "internalize externalities".  Resource misallocation should be "corrected"; but externalities should be "internalized". Since you mentioned this very frequently in your paper, it is better to make the changes. Then, I am happy to accept your paper for publication in our Journal.

这是今年内课题组被接受的第二篇ERE论文。今年以来，本课题组已经在 Energy Economics (2篇), China Economic Review, Environmental and Resource Economics  (2篇), China Agricultural Economic Review, Emerging Markets Finance and Trade， International Review of Economics and Finance，Managerial and Decision Economics，《经济学动态》等国内外名刊发表、接受了论文10篇。这些作品基本上都是在本人作为首席专家的国家社会科学基金年度重大项目（20&ZD109）和国家社会科学基金年度重点项目（19AZD003）的资助下完成的，属于上述重大、重点项目的阶段性成果。
