在职业经理中有一种对下级犯错的广泛流传的说法，我深以为然：

The same mistake can never be made three times.

First time you make a mistake, you can be forgiven.  To err is human.  （第一次犯错，理所当然原谅。）

Second time you make the same mistake, it is your fault.  （第二次犯同样错，记过。）

Third time, it is my fault (not to have fired you in time)  （第三次，怪经理用人不察。）
