5 感想：

这些要求很多是把学术研究硬往学术游戏里弄。

只要能发表，这些作者都能忍。

但是我们按要求修改了稿子投出去，马上就被拒。

更有意思的是拒稿信竟然没有发给作者，是作者到网站查询才知晓的。

这不是个案，尽管为数不多，我们遇到过好几次拒稿信没有发给作者的情况。

这么苛刻的格式要求，编辑部一个模式的复函不需要什么变化，

但是不同期刊格式要求不同，作者要花多大的力气？

可幸的是多数编辑部在稿件在审稿阶段，不要求作者采用固定格式，作者可以随意采用自己愿意的格式。

格式比内容重要，

真正研究问题的稿件很难发表；

为了功利的圈内文章很容易发表在顶刊；

为了评职称，为了毕业的文章很容易被发表。

这是为什么垃圾文章比颠覆性创新更容易发表的原因。

为什么当代出版实践扭曲了科学

垃圾文章的大量产出导致的问题不仅仅是虚假繁荣

宁愿发表错误文章，也不发表垃圾文章

明知是错误的文章，仍然坚持发表，是恶劣的学术不端

文章质量可以用影响因子评估吗

不能用文章发表期刊的等级来判断论文的学术质量

伟大的科学常常因为需要超越主流公认的科学而被嘲笑

高被引的文章并不代表是好文章

排行凸显的高他引论文鲜有原创

颠覆性成果很难发表在顶刊

因而评审学士、硕士、博士论文时，专家只看格式，看不懂内容，

主流权威的综述文章不能从人人看到的发表物数据中看到比别人更多的东西，

90%的错误文章，学术专家审稿时和审稿后都看不出来。

世间再无牛顿。

大咖们写的综述有多大的学术价值？

现代科学界真正的同行评审几乎已经死亡

预印本和科学网博客不能在文章中引用成了潜规则。

然而预印本和科学网博客应该成为职称评定的依据，因为预印本和科学网博客中有很多闪光的思想。

我的妻子也会遭遇论文退稿。我没有帮腔责怪审稿人，反而话里话外说的是“审稿人总是合理的”“你们应该投合适的杂志”。总之，我认为，论文退稿不一定是一件坏事。

期刊和审稿人是强者，作者是弱者，

一旦有什么问题,错误都在弱者，强者任何情况下都在理。

历史永远是胜利这书写的。
