JB&B首届青年编委招募

Journal of Bioresources and Bioproducts (JB&B)（《生物质资源与工程（英文）》）是由南京林业大学主办，University of New Brunswick和中国化学会纤维素与可再生材料分会协办的英文期刊，由肖惠宁院士、蒋剑春院士担任主编。编委会由来自16个不同国家和地区的36名专家组成，其中78%为国际编委，详见官网：https://www.sciencedirect.com/journal/journal-of-bioresources-and-bioproducts

2019年至今，JB&B获得中国科技期刊能力提升计划D类资助，被ESCI、Ei、Scopus、CAS、DOAJ、CABI、EBSCO、CSCD等数据库收录，2022年CiteScore达30.6，并将在2024年获得第一个影响因子。

JB&B希望为优秀青年科学家提供成长和学术交流的平台，为期刊编委队伍培养储备力量推动期刊的发展。经编委会讨论决定，JB&B现向全球公开招募青年编委，打造充满学术活力和热情的青年编委团队，欢迎您的加入！

一、青年编委入选条件

1. 学风端正，治学严谨，从事生物质相关研究的青年科学家；

2. 积极热情，愿意为期刊发展投稿、约稿，宣传和推广期刊；

3. 科研活跃度高，近5年以主要作者身份（通讯作者或第一作者；含共同通讯或第一作者）在国际主流学术期刊发表过研究论文。

二、青年编委的工作职责

1. 策划组织热点方向专辑，组约行业知名专家高质量稿件；

2. 根据近年学科热点，组约综述、短评等国际前瞻性稿件；

3. 定期为期刊提供学科热点信息和选题建议；

4. 协助、参与本刊主办或协办的学术活动；

5. 为本刊编辑参加专业会议宣传提供支持，扩大期刊影响。

三、青年编委权益

1. 入选后颁发青年编委聘用证书，聘期为2年；

2. 青年编委的投稿同等条件下优先送审，通过审稿后可优先发表；

3. 青年编委的优秀论文可申请适当减免版面费；

4. 突出贡献者可优先考虑聘为本刊编委。

注：学术简历内容包括但不限于个人基本信息、求学经历、工作经历、所获荣誉、主持项目简介、近3-5年科研论文/教材专著列表、代表作简介以及未来担任期刊青年编委的工作设想等。入选的青年编委将收到聘用证书，未入选人恕不另行通知。 

JB&B Now Recruiting Youth Editorial Board Members

The Journal of Bioresources and Bioproducts (JB&B) is published by Nanjing Forestry University, co-published by the University of New Brunswick and the Cellulose and Renewable Materials Division of the Chinese Chemical Society. JB&B is an open access, single-blind peer review journal. Its editorial committees consist of 36 top scientists with strong relevant expertise from 16 different countries and regions.

To promote the further development of the journal and engage young researchers for the editorial board, JB&B plans to establish a Young Editorial Board. Now, we’re open to applications from scholars around the world.

Currently, JB&B is providing an exciting opportunity for distinguished young scholars to further disseminate their research as Youth Editorial Board Members, and they are recruited through self-recommendation and selection by the Editorial Board.

A selection assessment of candidates considers their research background, social activity, publication record, professional schedule, etc. The candidate should have a strong research background related to the biomass materials.

Young Editorial Board Application Terms

1. Have good biomass-related research background and high-level journal publishing records.

2. Be active in relevant academic fields, enthusiastic in supporting the development of journals, willing and energetic to contribute to the construction of high-level international academic journals.

Responsibilities of the Young Editorial Board

1. Actively integrate into the JB&B family and support the development of the journal.

2. Give full play to your expertise in your professional field, and organize cutting-edge hot topics and specially invited contributions of well-known teams for journal planning.

3. With the help of the academic platform where the Young Editorial Board member is located, assist academic activities sponsored by the journal in promoting discipline development and academic exchanges.

4. Complete the construction of the new media platform of the journal together with the editorial department, including providing materials and ideas for research progress tweets and contacting relevant experts.

5. Participate in the publicity of JB&B, publicize and promote JB&B through major academic conferences, academic activities, other academic channels, and multimedia publicity methods at home and abroad.

Benefits of Becoming Young Editorial Board Members

1. Issue the letter of appointment to the Young Editorial Board members (term of service: two years).

2. The Young Editorial Board members' articles or recommended articles can be published first after being reviewed.

3. Sponsor and co-sponsor various academic activities organized by journals to enhance academic influence.

4. Those who have made outstanding contributions to the development of periodicals will be recruited as Editorial Board members.
