期刊介绍

Phenomics期刊创刊于2021年1月，是一本同行评议、多学科交叉的双月刊，聚焦表型组学前沿研究，期望搭建全球表型组学领域专家交流的国际平台，推动该领域相关理论创新和学科发展。Phenomics期刊于2022年9月入选中国科技期刊卓越行动计划高起点新刊项目；目前，已被PubMed (PMC)数据库、Google Scholar收录。

Phenomics期刊编委会将综合考虑申请人研究背景（要求博士以上学历）、领域活跃度、科研成果、社会兼职等方面进行遴选（官网招募通知：https://www.springer.com/journal/43657/updates/23312038）。

青年编委的职责将包括但不限于以下内容：

1. 组约稿件：邀稿、投稿，包括组织专刊等；

2. 期刊宣传：发挥青年编委在专业领域的专长，通过社交媒体（朋友圈或Twitter等）和学术活动进行Phenomics期刊的国内外推广等;

3. 同行评议：预筛选和同行评审Phenomics期刊稿件；

4. 编委活动：积极参加青年编委会议，参加或组织Phenomics期刊相关学术活动等。

Phenomics期刊国际化编委会由来自全球15个国家的36位顶尖科学家共同组成，青年编委团队目前共有48位优秀的青年科学家，详见官网：https://www.springer.com/journal/43657/editors。

Phenomics is a peer-reviewed, bimonthly, and interdisciplinary journal, and it is dedicated to publishing the finest articles and communicating scientific process in the field of phenomics. Phenomics has been accepted by PubMed Central (PMC) in October 2022.

Currently, Phenomics is providing an exciting opportunity for distinguished young scholars to further disseminate their research as Youth Editorial Board Members, and they are recruited through self-recommendation and selection by the Editorial Board.

A selection assessment of candidates considers their research background, social activity, publication record, professional schedule, etc. The candidate should have a PhD/MD with strong research background related to the scope of Phenomics

(https://www.springer.com/journal/43657/aims-and-scope).

As a Youth Editorial Board Member of Phenomics, you will take the responsibilities for:

· commissioning manuscripts or special issues;

· prescreening and peer review of submitted manuscripts;

· promoting Phenomics in social media and academic events；

· participating or co-hosting Phenomics activities.

Phenomics是一本新创的同行评审国际期刊，聚焦表型组学前沿研究，搭建全球表型组学领域专家交流的国际平台，推动该领域相关的理论创新和学科发展。

本期刊拥有强大的国际编委团队，复旦大学金力院士担任主编，美国系统生物学研究所Leroy Hood院士、澳大利亚莫道克大学Jeremy Nicholson院士、德国莱布尼兹环境医学研究所Jean Krutmann院士、复旦大学唐惠儒教授共同担任副主编，复旦大学丁琛教授担任执行主编，另有来自全球多国的三十多位著名科学家共同组成编委团队，以及四十多位青年科学家组成青年编委团队。
