The hired person will participate in realization of the project: "Novel ligands of histamine receptor H4 as potential anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory drugs".

Work in the project will mainly involve:

• homology model building of histamine receptors,

• molecular modeling simulations of receptor-ligand systems,

• analysis of structural changes in protein complexes,

• docking of small molecules to receptors and virtual screening.

Benefits

We offer a full-time employment contract for 33 months. Work in Faculty of Chemistry, Biological and Chemical Research Centre, University of Warsaw, Poland. Principal Investigator of the project: prof. Slawomir Filipek.

Eligibility criteria

Doctoral degree in life science field (Chemistry, Biology, Biophysics, Bioinformatics) obtained not earlier than seven years before starting job in the project.
