生物活性：L-Theanine (L-Glutamic Acid γ-ethyl amide) 是绿茶叶中含有的一种非蛋白质氨基酸，能阻断L-谷氨酸与大脑中谷氨酸受体的结合，具有神经保护、抗癌和抗衰老作用。氧化活性。 L-茶氨酸可穿过血脑屏障，口服有效^[1][2][3]。  

体外：L-Theanine (L-Glutamic Acid γ-ethyl amide) 抑制细胞外谷氨酰胺掺入神经元，从而抑制谷氨酸的胞吐释放^[3]。L-Theanine ( 500 μM；72 小时) 在星形胶质细胞存在的情况下防止过量 多巴胺 (HY-B0451) 诱导的神经元死亡并增加星形胶质细胞中的谷胱甘肽水平^[3]。L-Theanine (0-5 mM; 72 h)参与谷胱甘肽合成^[3]。< br/> L-茶氨酸（0.1-5 mM；24 小时）剂量依赖性地抑制黑色素瘤而非正常表皮黑色素细胞的活力^[4]。L-茶氨酸（1-5 mM; 24 h) 在 G0/G1 期阻滞细胞周期，抑制细胞迁移，诱导 A375 细胞凋亡^[4]。L-Theanine (1-5 mM; 24 h)也影响 B16–F10 黑色素瘤细胞的增殖、迁移和凋亡^[4]。L-茶氨酸对镉诱导的细胞凋亡具有保护作用 i n PC12 细胞通过抑制线粒体介导的通路和减少 ROS 的产生^[5]。

体内：L-Theanine (4.0 mg/kg; po; daily for 14 days) 上调正常小鼠纹状体中的谷胱甘肽含量^[3]。
