生物活性:可的松 (17-Hydroxy-11-dehydrocorticosterone),皮质醇(一种糖皮质激素)的氧化代谢物。可的松用作免疫抑制剂和抗炎剂。高浓度可的松可部分干预糖皮质激素与糖皮质激素受体的结合[1][3][4]。 IC50 和目标:糖皮质激素受体[1]
体外:可的松 (2.8-28,000 nM) 以剂量依赖性方式减弱外周血单核细胞 (PBMC) 中皮质醇诱导的细胞凋亡[1]。
体内:可的松(2 mg/kg;隔日肌注,持续 2 个月)减少兔的 BCG(结核杆菌疫苗株)损伤和结核菌素反应[2]。
