生物活性：Amentoflavone (Didemethyl-ginkgetin) 是一种有效的口服活性 GABA(A) 负调节剂。 Amentoflavone 还显示出抗炎、抗氧化、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗辐射、抗真菌、抗菌活性。 Amentoflavone 在亚 G1 期诱导细胞凋亡和细胞周期停滞^[1][2][3] [4]。 

体外：Amentoflavone (1-60 µM) 在 RAW 264.7 细胞中以浓度依赖性方式抑制一氧化氮的产生^[2]。Amentoflavone (50-200 µM) 抑制 U 的活力-87 MG 细胞，48 小时时 IC₅₀ 值为 100 µM^[3]。Amentoflavone（0、50、100 µM；48 小时）诱导细胞凋亡和细胞周期停滞在亚 G1 期^[3]。Amentoflavone（0、50、100 µM；48 小时）抑制 NF-ĸB 激活并降低 MCL1 和 C- 的表达U-87 MG 细胞中的 FLIP 蛋白^[3].Amentoflavone (0-32 µg/ml) 具有抗菌活性，MIC 为 8、4、32、8、16、8 µg /ml 用于 E。屎 ATCC 19434, S.金黄色葡萄球菌 ATCC 25923, S.变形杆菌 ATCC 3065, E.大肠杆菌 O-157 ATCC 25922, E.大肠杆菌 ATCC 43895, P. aeruginosa ATCC 27853，分别为^[4]。

体内：Amentoflavone（25 mg/kg；口服；每天一次，连续 3 天）在小鼠中通过抗炎作用显示出对癫痫的神经保护作用^[1]。
