生物活性:柠檬酸是一种天然防腐剂和食品酸味增强剂。柠檬酸在 HaCaT 细胞的 G2/M 期和 S 期诱导细胞凋亡和细胞周期停滞。柠檬酸通过降低抗氧化酶活性引起肝脏氧化损伤。柠檬酸对小鼠造成肾毒性[1][2][3]。
体外:Citric acid (0-12.5 mM; 24 h) 显示出剂量依赖性的抗增殖活性[3]。Citric acid (12.5 mM; 72 h) 诱导细胞凋亡和细胞周期停滞G2/M期和S期呈剂量依赖性[3]。柠檬酸(12.5 mM;48 h)增加FAS、BAX、BID、AIF、EndoG、细胞色素的表达c,PARP、GADD153、GRP78 和 caspase-3、-8、-9,以及 BCL-2 和 BCL-Xl 的减少[3]。
体内:柠檬酸(120、240 和 480 mg/kg;ip)显着降低 GSH-Px 活性并诱导小鼠肝脏中 MDA(丙二醛)水平增加[1]。Citric acid(120、240 和 480 mg/kg;ip)通过剂量依赖性方式增加小鼠肝细胞中的 caspase-3 活性来诱导细胞凋亡[1]。Citric acid ( 120、240 和 480 mg/kg;腹腔注射;每周一次,持续 3 周)对小鼠造成肾毒性[2]。
