生物活性:Allopurinol 是一种有效的口服活性黄嘌呤氧化酶抑制剂,IC50 值为 0.2-50 μM。别嘌醇可用于治疗高尿酸血症和痛风。 Allopurinol 降低 HIF-1α 和 HIF-2α 蛋白的表达。 Allopurinol 具有抗抑郁和抗伤害活性。抗利什曼病作用[1][2][3][4][5] 。
体外:Allopurinol (0, 10, 100, 1000 µg/ml; 17 h) 降低HFF和HUVEC细胞中HIF-1α和HIF-2α蛋白的表达[5].Allopurinol ( 0, 10, 100, 1000 µg/ml; 24 h) 降低 HUVEC 细胞的血管生成特性[5]。
体内:别嘌醇(39 毫克/千克;口服;每日一次,连续 21 天)在小鼠体内显示出抗抑郁活性[3]。别嘌醇(10-400 毫克/千克;腹腔注射)诱导抗抑郁- 小鼠的伤害感受活动[4]。
