生物活性：CP 316819 是一种有效的糖原磷酸化酶 (GPase) 抑制剂，具有抗高血糖作用（IC₅₀ 对人骨骼肌糖原磷酸化酶的值分别为 17 和 34 nM (huSMGPa) 和肝糖原磷酸化酶 (huLGPa)。CP 316819 在正常血糖条件下引起糖原积累，但在葡萄糖浓度低时允许糖原利用。CP-316819 防止神经元细胞死亡并维持脑电流^[1][2]。
