生物活性：氨基葡萄糖 (D-Glucosamine) 是一种氨基糖，是糖基化蛋白质和脂质生化合成的主要前体，用作膳食补充剂。氨基葡萄糖也是软骨基质和滑液中糖胺聚糖的天然成分，当外源性给药时，它对骨关节炎软骨和软骨细胞发挥药理作用^[1]。 

体外：氨基葡萄糖 (D-Glucosamine) 具有剂量依赖性 DPPH 抗氧化活性^[2]。短期（4 小时）的氨基葡萄糖处理在蛋白质水平抑制 HIF-1α，降低 p70S6K 和 S6 翻译相关蛋白的磷酸化^[3]。氨基葡萄糖显着降低梗阻肾脏和 TGF-β1 处理的肾细胞中 α-平滑肌肌动蛋白、胶原蛋白 I 和纤连蛋白的肾脏表达^[4]。
