生物活性：Dexrazoxane (ICRF-187) 是一种心脏保护剂。目标：其他 右雷佐生是一种心脏保护剂。右雷佐生是 EDTA 的衍生物，右雷佐生螯合铁，从而减少与蒽环类化合物络合的金属离子的数量，从而减少超氧自由基的形成。确切的螯合机制尚不清楚，但据推测右雷佐生可在细胞内转化为开环形式并干扰铁介导的自由基生成，这在一定程度上被认为是蒽环类药物诱发的心肌病的原因。据推测，右雷佐生可用于进一步研究合成新的抗疟药[1, 2]。
