生物活性：Shionone 是从 Aster tataricus 中分离出来的主要三萜类化合物，具有镇咳、抗炎作用^[1][2]。 Shionone 具有独特的六元四环骨架和 3-oxo-4-monomethyl 结构^[1]。

 In Vivo：紫堇酮（口服；80 mg/kg；3 天；每日一次）有促进痰液分泌的趋势，但对氨性咳嗽无影响并减少二甲苯引起的耳水肿^[1]。
