生物活性:香草酸是一种存在于可食用植物和水果中的调味剂,也存在于当归中。香草酸抑制 NF-κB 激活。抗炎、抗菌和化学预防作用[1]。
体外:香草酸在所有三种浓度(50、100 和 200 μM)下对 HT22 细胞均无毒;香草酸与 Aβ1-42 共同处理可显着提高(分别提高 1.5、1.9 和 2 倍)细胞活力[2]。
体内:Vanillic acid(3-30 mg/kg;ip;5 小时)抑制 Carrageenan 诱导的机械痛觉过敏、爪水肿以及中性粒细胞和巨噬细胞募集[1]。
