生物活性：BCI ((E)-BCI) 是一种 DUSP6（双重特异性磷酸酶 6）抑制剂。 BCI 显示出抗炎活性并减少活性氧 (ROS) 的产生。脑机接口可用于炎症性疾病研究^[1][2]。

体外：BCI (100 ng/mL; 24 h)下调RAW264.7巨噬细胞中DUSP6的表达^[2]。BCI (0-1 nM; 24 h)抑制DUSP6的表达脂多糖 (LPS) 激活的巨噬细胞中的 IL-1β 和 IL-6^[2]。BCI（0-4 nM；24 小时）减少 ROS 产生并激活 Nrf2 通路LPS 激活的巨噬细胞^[2]。
