体外:Ciprofloxacin (Bay-09867) monohydrochloride(5-50 μg/mL;0-24 小时;肌腱细胞)抑制细胞增殖并导致细胞周期停滞在 G2/M 期[1]。环丙沙星 (Bay-09867) 单盐酸盐对 Y 显示出有效的活性。鼠疫 和 B.炭疽杆菌,MIC90 分别为 0.03 μg/mL 和 0.12 μg/mL[2]。
