生物活性：SR 11302 是一种激活蛋白-1 (AP-1) 转录因子抑制剂。 SR 11302 是一种类视黄醇，可特异性抑制 AP-1 活性而不激活视黄酸反应元件 (RARE)^[1] 的转录。 IC50 和目标：AP-1。

体外：SR 11302 (SR11302) 显示出强抗 AP-1 活性，选择性结合 RARα 和 RARγ，但不结合 RARβ 和 RXRα^[1]。SR 11302 (SR-11302; 1 μM) 在缺氧处理的细胞中抑制 AP-1 转录因子活性并将醛固酮水平降低 61.9%^[2]。SR 11302（SR-11302；2 μM；48 小时）抑制幽门螺杆菌 (H. pylori) 诱导胃腺癌 (AGS) 细胞增殖^[3]。SR 11302（2 µM；24 小时）抑制 H。 pylori诱导AGS细胞中β-catenin和c-myc的表达^[3]。

体内：SR 11302（SR11302；低剂量 0.5 mg/kg 和高剂量 1 mg/kg 体重；每天口服）治疗可减少 Vldlr^-/- 中的总血管损伤数量和损伤大小 小鼠以剂量依赖的方式^[4]。
