生物活性：棕榈酸是一种长链饱和脂肪酸，常见于动植物中。 PA 可诱导小鼠颗粒细胞中葡萄糖调节蛋白 78 (GRP78) 和 CCAAT/增强子结合蛋白同源蛋白 (CHOP) 的表达^{[1] [2]}。

体外：Palmitic acid (0.1、0.25 或 0.5 mM；12-72 小时) 可增加 LX2、Huh7 和 MIHA 肝细胞系中 Notch1、-2 和 -4 的 mRNA 水平[2]。 MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
