体外：Gemcitabine（购自 MedChem Express，0.003-1 μM；3 天）有效且有效地杀死小鼠和人类衰老细胞^[4]。 Gemcitabine 抑制 BxPC-3、Mia Paca-2、PANC-1、PL-45 和 AsPC-1 细胞的生长，IC₅₀分别为 37.6、42.9、92.7、89.3 和分别为 131.4 nM^[1]。
