生物活性：Tunicamycin 是一种同源核苷类抗生素的混合物，可抑制N-连接糖基化 并阻断GlcNAc 磷酸转移酶(GPT)。 Tunicamycin 导致细胞内质网 (ER) 中未折叠蛋白的积累并诱导 ER 应激，并导致 DNA 合成受阻和细胞周期停滞在 G1 期。衣霉素抑制革兰氏阳性菌、酵母菌、真菌和病毒，并具有抗癌活性 ^[1][2][3].衣霉素增加宫颈癌细胞的外泌体释放^[4]。

体外：衣霉素（2 µg/mL；24 小时；CD44+/CD24- 和原始 MCF7 细胞）处理增加了 CD44+/CD24- 和原始 MCF7 细胞中的剪接 XBP-1、ATF6 核易位水平和 CHOP 蛋白表达^[1] .衣霉素诱导的内质网应激抑制 CD44+/CD24- 表型细胞亚群和体外侵袭，并加速肿瘤细胞的形成。结果表明，在 Tunicamycin 的作用下，CD44+/CD24- 和 CD44+/CD24- 丰富的 MCF7 细胞培养物具有抑制侵袭、增加细胞死亡、抑制增殖和减少迁移的作用^[1]。

体内：衣霉素（0.1 mg/kg 或 0.5 mg/kg）处理显着抑制 CD133^+/- MHCC97L 细胞异种移植模型（BALB/c (nu/nu) 中的肿瘤生长小鼠）^[2]。
