Distinguished representatives and experts,

My name is Hien D. Nguyen from the University of Information Technology, Vietnam. I specialize in the deepening extension of consciousness and artificial intelligence technologies, aiming to integrate wisdom and intention into the core of AI systems, constructing a more three-dimensional and vivid data analysis framework. The core of this framework is to promote direct user participation, subtly embedding the community dimension into AI mechanisms, thereby enhancing community collaboration and interactive decision-making, and fostering unprecedented interaction depth. On this basis, transcending the limitations of pure logical operations, artificial consciousness not only catalyzes the innovation of human-machine interfaces but also endows machines with human-like communication abilities, making interaction experiences more natural and profound. Artificial consciousness is akin to a blue bond in the symphony of human-machine interaction, subtle yet crucial.

This year, we organized the 2nd World Conference on Artificial Consciousness. This conference aims to deeply explore the harmonious coexistence path between the evolution of artificial intelligence and related technologies and fundamental human values. This grand event seeks to clarify the future direction of both fields and serves as a feast of thought collision, gathering diverse perspectives to drive breakthroughs at the technological frontier and the flow of creative thinking. It is a profound integration of technology, development, and humanistic concepts, deepening communication in diverse scenarios, concentrating wisdom to overcome technological bottlenecks, and calmly examining each challenge. It also increases in-depth communication and cooperation in different scenarios, narrowly collectively solving challenges in technological development with calmness. Ultimately, through this conference's educational activities and our discussions, the public's acceptance of artificial intelligence and artificial constraint technologies is significantly enhanced.

Thank you, Prof. Hien, for your address from Vietnam National University in Ho Chi Minh City. Prof. Hien is also our partner in the development of artificial intelligence and artificial consciousness, especially in the combination of data intelligence, knowledge intelligence, and our exploration of the DIKWP model in the field of economics. We look forward to our internationalization becoming stronger and stronger. Although this conference is limited by time, we have invited international experts from over 20 countries, with the committee possibly including representatives from 30 countries.
