1. Topic optimization and popularization expansion:
Participants pointed out that there are obstacles to the understanding of non professional audiences in the expression of current international evaluation standards, and suggested simplifying the expression to enhance its acceptability within and outside the industry. After brainstorming, the meeting tends to adopt more intuitive and easy to understand expressions, such as using a short horizontal line "-" instead of a dash to connect key elements, and maintaining the use of the DIKWP English abbreviation. At the same time, it is planned to provide a brief explanation of the DIKWP model in the standard document to enhance its popularity. The tentative discussion topic is "Artificial Intelligence Data Information Knowledge Wisdom Purpose(DIKWP) Network Feedback International Evaluation Standard".

与会者指出当前国际测评标准题目的表述对于非专业受众理解存在障碍,并建议简化表述,以提升其在行业内外的可接受度。经过集思广益,会议倾向于采用更直观且易于理解的表述方式,如通过短横线“-”替代顿号来连接关键要素,并保持DIKWP英文缩写的使用,同时计划在标准文档中对DIKWP模型进行简要说明,以增强普及度。通过讨论题目暂定为“人工智能数据-信息-知识-智慧-意图(DIKWP)网馈国际测评标准”。
2. Accurate positioning of evaluation standards:
During the discussion, some members emphasized the importance of clarifying the purpose of the evaluation, that is, whether the evaluation is a specific evaluation of the five dimensions of DIKWP or a comprehensive evaluation using the DIKWP model. Through discussion, a consensus was reached that the question should clearly reflect the core purpose of using the DIKWP model for evaluation and ensure compliance with international standards.

讨论中,部分成员强调了明确测评目的的重要性,即测评是针对DIKWP五个维度的具体评估,还是利用DIKWP模型进行综合评价。通过讨论,达成共识,即题目需清晰反映利用DIKWP模型进行测评的核心目的,并确保符合国际规范。
3. Future orientation and social value:
The meeting delved into the long-term trends in the development of artificial intelligence, emphasizing that evaluation standards should not only adapt to current data and information exchange levels, but also proactively cover higher-level interaction capabilities such as wisdom(value) and purpose recognition, especially for cutting-edge technologies such as strong artificial intelligence (AGI) and embodied intelligence. In addition, it is emphasized that evaluation standards should actively integrate the concepts of "people-oriented" and "community with a shared future for mankind", ensuring that the development of artificial intelligence technology can serve the overall well-being of society and effectively challenge the alignment of artificial value (DIKWP-W) and purpose (DIKW-P).

The meeting emphasized the importance of conciseness and universality in content expression. Experts attending the meeting remind that the expression of evaluation standards should strive for clarity and conciseness, avoid unnecessary complexity, ensure that the standards can be widely understood and applied in different types of AI models, different countries and regions, and promote the standardization and standardized development of global AI technology.

This meeting effectively discussed and determined the basic framework and direction of the international evaluation standard for artificial intelligence DIKWP, clarified the title, purpose, and challenges faced by the standard. The members of the committee unanimously agreed to continue deepening cooperation and promoting the development and promotion of this standard to adapt to and lead the global trend in the field of artificial intelligence.
